This week we shine a spotlight on late August 1971.  Summer was winding down, vacations were over, and for many it was Back to School time!  So, while attitudes were cool, the music on the AM radio was still hot (as was the temperature).  Great Top 40 sounds from CCR, The 5 Man Electrical Band, Tommy James, The Undisputed Truth, those 70's chart stalwarts Three Dog Night, Chicago, and Bread, and chart debuts this week from The Godfather of Soul and Grand Funk Railroad.
